50K Victim Of Polight Reveals Himself (We Got Receipts)

Months have gone by since we first heard about the 50K victim of Brother Polight. After several conversations the 50k victim was chosen to speak ups about his relationship with Polight and how exactly it came to be that he invested money with Polight.

As we understand from the victim, "Brother Willie" he first encountered Polight online via YouTube and some time after joined the Nu Convenant group. Brother Willie immersed himself in the group and began to participate in making Polight's head dresses and doing security for Polight's events. Time went past and Polight began to initiate conversations about investing money to get a return on investment (ROI) and then help further the black community. Brother Willie agreed and first invested ten thousand to start a "credit card processing" company in which Polight along with his friend Brother Reggie, popular from Black News 102 personally picked from his store in York PA.

Brother Willie stated that Polight and his family came to visit him on more than one occasion. Here are some Pictures below:

Brother Willie stated that he thought he and Polight were very close and that he thought of Polight as more of family than anything else. He believed in Polight and his vision to create a community of businesses and services for Black people across American.

Brother Willie would have never thought that Polight would have betrayed him and his trust the way he did. Although time would prove him wrong, Willie invested another forty five thousand with Polight to acquire real-estate. The initial investment Willie gave was to be used as collateral to hedge with traditional banks to get loans to purchase property from another member of Nu Covenant. Months had passed and the owner of the properties died which signaled Brother Willie to call and inquire about the funds for both the real estate and credit card processing ventures. Weeks, then months went by without ever hearing from Polight. No return calls, not reply texts. no nothing. Polight had went silent with Brother Willie but continued to present himself as a upstanding member of the black conscious community to his online audience.

Brother Willie remained composed and only assumed that Polight would do the "right thing" by returning the money and/or make good on his promises to create said business ventures. Yet again, Brother Willie was wrong, and it wasn't until Willie decided to go public with his story via Lex Vortex YouTube channel that Polight finally responded to Brother Willie's call. During that conversation, Polight explained to Brother Willie that he desired to make good on his investment with him and wanted to see him personally in a weeks time.... Again that week came and went and nothing was heard from Polight.

There's much more to this story but to respect Brother Willie and to his current case against Polight we will be selective about what further information we give. However we would like to give you the current working definition of Mail Fraud according to Wikipedia:

In the United States, mail and wire fraud is any fraudulent scheme to intentionally deprive another of property or honest services via mail or wire communication. It has been a federal crime in the United States since 1872.[1] Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, supply, or furnish or procure for unlawful use any counterfeit or spurious coin, obligation, security, or other article, or anything represented to be or intimated or held out to be such counterfeit or spurious article, for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice or attempting so to do, places in any post office or authorized depository for mail matter, any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by the Postal Service, or deposits or causes to be deposited any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by any private or commercial interstate carrier, or takes or receives therefrom, any such matter or thing, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail or such carrier according to the direction thereon, or at the place at which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, any such matter or thing, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation occurs in relation to, or involving any benefit authorized, transported, transmitted, transferred, disbursed, or paid in connection with, a Presidential declared major disaster or emergency (as those terms are defined in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122)), or affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.[2]

18 U.S.C. § 1343 provides: Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.[3]

We are continuing to access and verify any and all of Polight's claims to have, was, or is in business to broker deals on the level that he has spoken of in the past. that information will be given to any and all victims of Polight needed for their individual or collective cases.
